We want you to be completely satisfied with your Club L London purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items like earrings and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Label and Ship

  Generate your prepaid return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
